Lead content strategy engagements for complex government and mission-driven websites, including audits, information architecture, taxonomy, content modeling, migration, plain-language writing, accessibility compliance, governance, workshops, and training. Partner with clients, designers, and developers on WordPress projects, use analytics and research to guide recommendations, manage multiple engagements, and mentor content team members.

Manage end-to-end delivery of web and software projects: define scope, build schedules and sprints, manage scope/schedule/budget changes, run risk management, maintain documentation, report progress, enforce accessibility standards, and own client communications.
