Diagnose OpenRTB, VAST, MRAID, SDK, and reporting issues; use SQL and Kibana to identify revenue-impacting problems. Collaborate with Account Managers, product, and engineering teams to resolve bugs, translate client feedback, and improve platform performance. Maintain integration documentation, guides, and runbooks.
