Lead platform architecture on commercial AWS: design VPC, managed Postgres, serverless, storage, IaC, CI/CD, observability, security and compliance (FedRAMP/HIPAA/SOC2/ITAR), portability for restricted environments, developer experience, on-call ownership and postmortems, and partner on handoffs to regulated deployments.

Design and ship end-to-end product features for code understanding, translation, and modernization. Build React frontends and a serverless TypeScript backend, integrate AI agents into workflows, pair with design, write specs, deploy, observe usage, and iterate while owning performance, accessibility, and product-quality across developer-facing surfaces.

Lead and deliver AI-powered modernization projects for VA healthcare by coordinating AI/ML engineers, DevSecOps, legacy system specialists, and agile teams. Manage integrated plans, sprints, risks, ATO/FedRAMP activities, and stakeholder communications to ensure compliant, on-time modernization and VA adoption.

The Automation Team Analyst evaluates workflows to identify automation opportunities, develops AI prompts, and documents workflows to enhance efficiency in operations.

The Automation Team Engineer develops, implements, and maintains automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reporting for the OMEGA program.

The Business Analyst/Technical Writer will gather and document business requirements, create technical documentation, and support IT projects for the VA Health Portfolio while collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.
