The Senior Product Manager for Graykey will oversee the product lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, design, and stakeholders to drive product strategy, requirements, and market positioning in digital forensics.

The Vulnerability Researcher will develop and innovate digital investigative software, focusing on analyzing and securing evidence from various digital devices to aid in investigations and enhance national security.

Lead strategy and execution for a new enterprise DFIR and cybersecurity offering. Define product vision and roadmap, engage customers for discovery, translate market insights into scalable solutions, partner with engineering/UX/GTM, use AI tools for product development, and track metrics to drive strategic outcomes.

Lead product operations by designing cross-functional processes, running end-to-end programs, owning executive reporting cadences, and building analytics for product and revenue health. Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, Sales Ops, and Marketing to improve tooling, data quality, and decision-making, and to institutionalize durable processes and documentation that scale the product organization.

Lead design and implement deep mobile platform integrations (primarily iOS) across the Graykey product. Debug across layers (Python, native C/C++, OS userspace and kernel), analyze crash dumps and disassembled binaries, drive features from design through production, mentor engineers, and collaborate with firmware and product teams to ensure reliable multi‑device, multi‑OS operation.

Design, implement, test, and maintain low-level embedded firmware for ARM Cortex-M systems. Debug hardware/software issues using lab equipment, develop Python host tools, support hardware bring-up, CI/CD and automated testing, resolve manufacturing and field issues, and participate in architecture, code reviews, and documentation.

Lead Magnet Forensics' global tax function, owning income, indirect tax, and transfer pricing strategy and compliance. Advise executives on international structuring, manage US and global tax compliance and audits, own the income tax provision, monitor global tax legislation (eg. BEPS/Pillar Two), and build and mentor a cross-border tax team while partnering with Finance, Legal, Treasury, and business stakeholders.

Lead strategic relationships with FedRAMP federal accounts, guiding onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion. Act as trusted advisor on Magnet products and FedRAMP controls, coordinate cross-functional teams, run executive business reviews, mitigate risk, and drive measurable customer outcomes and advocacy.

Lead and hands-on contribute to embedded Linux platform development: bootloader, kernel, device trees, root filesystem, build/update systems, board bring-up, debugging, releases, and cross-team coordination. Provide technical leadership, plan work, delegate, and grow into formal management.

Drive enterprise sales in the Corporate vertical: prospect, build pipeline, manage complex deals, facilitate technical demos and trials with Solution Consultants, maintain CRM records, and meet quarterly and annual quotas. Travel up to 30%.

Lead go-to-market strategy for Magnet Forensics' security, incident response, and AI product portfolio. Influence executive, product, and sales stakeholders; translate technical AI/ML and forensic capabilities into messaging; develop buyer personas; create sales enablement and demand-generation content; evangelize products at events; partner with competitive intelligence and customer advocacy; mentor product marketing team members.

Lead product vision, strategy, and execution for Examination & Analysis across desktop, cloud, hybrid, and platform environments. Own roadmap, prioritize portfolio investments, partner with AI, engineering, UX, and GTM, engage customers, track success metrics, and develop a team of Product Managers to deliver scalable forensic investigation workflows and capabilities.

Lead strategy and execution for agentic AI product experiences across the DFIR portfolio. Define roadmaps, ship reliable and governed agentic features, drive adoption and growth, instrument metrics and experiments, run continuous discovery, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure trustworthy, scalable AI-native products.
