The Senior Finance Manager will oversee accounting operations, manage monthly close and FP&A tasks, and build finance processes and team. They will ensure compliance and report to the CFO.

Lead the integrations product line: set roadmap and P&L, define integration depth and platform tooling, work directly with enterprise customers, enable safe agent actions, partner on ecosystem and GTM, and scale repeatable frameworks to ship integrations faster.

Own end-to-end execution of strategic customer pilots, track and resolve blockers, debug integrations and API errors, translate between customers and engineers, run test suites and go-live readiness, and maintain operational rhythms (standups, checklists, metrics).

Lead strategic customer relationships for enterprise clients, drive onboarding and adoption of Maven's AI platform, advise on AI best practices and response quality, analyze usage and quality metrics, and collaborate with product, engineering, and solutions teams to deliver business outcomes and expand platform usage.

Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will support customer experience by designing solutions, implementing technical plans, making technical demos, and engaging with clients to drive AI adoption.
