Design and implement security controls and automation for an AI-assisted developer environment. Integrate security into CI/CD, build custom tooling, advise on secure coding (including AI-generated code), develop monitoring dashboards, and leverage AI for security operations.

Assess training needs, design curricula, credentialing, and workshops; coordinate cross-functionally with KM, IT, and practice leaders; track participation and outcomes; monitor legal AI tools and translate developments into practical lawyer-facing training and guidance.

Plan and coordinate small to mid-size firm-wide events; manage venue sourcing, budgets, vendors, audiovisual, food and beverage, and onsite execution. Lead planning calls, track expenses, prepare post-event reports, interface with senior executives and VIPs, and support large-scale events and team administrative tasks.

Lead KM efforts for the Investment Funds Group: evaluate and improve KM infrastructure, curate market terms database, implement KM and GenAI solutions, develop forms and templates, train attorneys on KM tools, and support adoption of side letter/MFN platforms to increase efficiency and knowledge sharing.
