Lead and manage a station training team delivering classroom and on-the-job ramp operations training. Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs, maintain LMS records and compliance, coach trainers, partner with operations and safety, manage training equipment (VR, simulators), track metrics, and ensure regulatory and airport badge requirements are met.

Supervise and monitor airport ground operations (ramp, fleet, baggage), dispatch and rebalance crews, coach team members, lead safety investigations and briefings, liaise with customers, prepare operational reports, and ensure equipment readiness and regulatory badge/clearance compliance.
