Generate and qualify B2B healthcare sales opportunities, conduct discovery calls, manage smaller and mid-sized deals through contract execution, support enterprise proposals and RFPs, maintain CRM and pipeline accuracy, forecast sales activity, attend occasional industry events, and coordinate client handoffs. The role focuses on consultative sales of healthcare technology, managed services, and operational solutions to payers, providers, TPAs, and benefit administrators.

Leads the U.S. HR function, including strategy, employment compliance, talent processes, employee relations, compensation, benefits, HRIS, payroll oversight, and performance management. Oversees offshore HR support staff, develops process documentation and delegation playbooks, manages sensitive employee data, and determines which HR activities should be delivered onshore or offshore. Partners with the COO to improve HR service quality, operational efficiency, compliance, and employee experience across a multi-state, multi-shore organization.
