Provides evidence-based ABA services for children with autism and developmental delays. Conducts behavioral and skill assessments, develops and oversees individualized treatment plans, coaches parents, trains Registered Behavior Technicians, and analyzes progress data to adjust interventions. The role also includes professional development, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and occasional remote work one day per week.

Leads the clinical, operational, financial, and people-related success of an ABA learning center. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality services, coaching clinical leaders, monitoring revenue and staffing, recruiting and retaining employees, improving family experience, resolving concerns, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and supporting responsible business growth.
