Manage end-to-end SaaS client implementations from kickoff through production deployment. Responsibilities include project planning, risk and scope management, solution design, configuration, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, training, documentation, and collaboration with development, customer success, and managed services teams. The role also contributes to implementation best practices and requires familiarity with Life Sciences transparency and compliance.

Leads and scales the Solutions Engineering function, developing strategy, processes, team capabilities, and performance standards. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders on complex enterprise opportunities. Oversees discovery, solution design, demonstrations, technical validation, RFPs, business cases, and customer engagements. Advises senior decision-makers, translates technical needs into business value, develops enablement assets, and communicates customer and market insights to influence product and revenue strategy.

Lead Medispend's Global Transparency software and managed services, ensuring compliant regulatory reporting, operational excellence, customer delivery, and team performance. Drive governance, cross-functional collaboration, product feedback, and strategic client engagement to improve automation, scalability, and customer retention within a regulated life sciences environment.
