As a Technical Program Manager at Memfault, you will drive the successful implementation of our platform, manage new customers in their first 180 days, provide expert guidance during onboarding, and ensure consistent onboarding that meets the plan on time.

The ideal candidate is experienced in technical B2B SaaS, a strong people manager, comfortable with executives, adaptable to startup environment, and organized.
