Partner with hiring managers on success profiles, job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation. Coordinate global interviews, maintain ATS data and recruiting metrics, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and collaborate with People Ops on offers, onboarding, and employer branding. Stay current on AI, 3D, and creative technology to engage talent effectively.

Lead Meshy's global partnerships strategy and execution: identify, pitch, and close marquee brand, platform, and IP collaborations; drive joint go-to-market campaigns; build brand mindshare; and recruit and scale the business development/partnerships team and operating rhythm.

Identify and research prospects, engage via email/calls/LinkedIn, qualify leads, book demos for AEs, refine outreach, maintain CRM pipeline, and meet activity and meeting targets while collaborating with Sales and Marketing.
