Provide 1:1 and group coaching for first-year and other students, design and deliver career-development curriculum and events, coordinate employer/alumni engagement and site visits, track engagement and program outcomes, supervise interns, and use technology and AI ethically to improve CTD offerings across time zones.

Manage day-to-day email marketing, CRM operations, enrollment communications, editorial content, and institutional profiles. Develop targeted enrollment campaigns, oversee CRM forms/segmentations/workflows, run newsletters and internal communications, track performance, and collaborate across university functions to ensure timely, accurate, and on-brand messaging that supports enrollment and institutional priorities.
