Own MintMCP’s product marketing strategy as a founding hire. Develop positioning, messaging, category narrative, product launches, customer case studies, thought leadership, SEO/AEO, agency programs, and sales collateral. Translate complex AI infrastructure and agent governance capabilities into clear messaging for engineers, security leaders, and enterprise buyers. Partner closely with engineering and customers while building the marketing function and driving activation and market adoption.

Own growth and demand generation for an AI infrastructure and security startup. Build and optimize the full acquisition funnel, manage pipeline and SQL targets, run account-based and multi-channel outbound campaigns, operate marketing and sales technology, and develop differentiated messaging for technical enterprise buyers. Partner closely with founders and sales, use AI agents to scale execution, conduct rapid experiments, and build the company’s growth engine from an early stage.

Own recruiting coordination and people operations, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding, HR operations, compliance processes, and documentation. Build and optimize recruiting and onboarding workflows, using AI agents and automation to improve efficiency and candidate experience. This hybrid Bay Area role suits an organized process builder with 2–4 years of recruiting coordination experience who is eager to expand into people operations.

Own software features end to end across gateway infrastructure, enterprise deployments, and agentic systems. Build backend and infrastructure capabilities, connectors, security-sensitive systems, and occasional user interfaces. Use AI coding agents extensively while applying engineering judgment to architecture, product decisions, security, reliability, and generated-code review. Ship rapidly, work directly with founders and customers, and iterate on products serving enterprise users.

Own customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Build delivery plans, drive technical product rollouts, monitor account health, run business reviews, resolve escalations, and advocate for customer needs internally. As the first post-sales hire, establish repeatable customer success processes, including handoffs, health scoring, templates, and cadences, while helping shape future team growth.
