Own post-sale customer relationships end-to-end: build mutual delivery plans, drive onboarding and go‑live, track account health, run check-ins and business reviews, resolve escalations, manage renewals and expansion, and create repeatable CS playbooks and processes. Serve as the trusted customer contact while advocating internally and help scale the customer success function. Role is in-person in the SF Bay Area with customer travel.

Lead growth for an AI-native B2B startup: own positioning, demand-gen (self-serve and sales-assisted), campaign experiments, outbound, lifecycle, and funnel metrics. Instrument attribution, model CAC/payback, run agentic workflows to scale execution, and deliver measurable pipeline.

Full-cycle enterprise account executive: own inbound and outbound pipeline, run discovery and POCs, navigate security reviews and procurement, close and expand accounts selling technical AI/security infrastructure to senior technical buyers, and help build the early sales playbook and operating rhythm.

Build and own end-to-end features across gateway infrastructure, enterprise deployments, and agentic systems. Focus on backend and infra, harden security-sensitive surfaces, design connectors, ship quickly, and work directly with founders and customers.
