Leads a 60-person engineering organization, managing seven engineering managers and owning delivery, staffing, organizational health, manager development, operating strategy, technical roadmap, and AI adoption. Establishes engineering KPIs using Linear, DORA, and reliability metrics; improves delivery predictability and system reliability; guides architecture and capacity allocation; and ships production AI or agentic initiatives with standards for security, cost, observability, and reliability.
