Implement and optimize RF DSP algorithms in HDL for real-time FPGA execution, prototype algorithms in Python and port to ARM SoCs, collaborate on instrument bring-up, calibration and system integration with RF hardware teams, author design documentation and test reports, and work in a hybrid Mountain View office.

Lead mission-level systems engineering from concept through on-orbit operations: develop mission concepts, requirements, system models, CONOPS and budgets; drive cross-disciplinary trades, manage V&V and reviews, mitigate risks, serve as primary technical customer interface, and provide technical direction across hardware, software, ground, and operations teams.

Lead company-wide FP&A including AOP, LRP, and rolling forecasts; drive program-level cost modeling, margin and variance analysis; partner with engineering, operations, and BD on capital allocation and risk; build scalable FP&A processes, ERP/BI adoption, and executive dashboards to support commercial and government space programs.

Lead a greenfield migration of financial tools to SAP, establish project governance and steering committees, coordinate cross-functional integrations (ERP, MES, PLM, supply chain), drive scope discipline, communicate with executives and teams, and steer programs to successful go-live.

Lead operational execution for Mission Execution: design operating cadences, drive OKR planning and milestone tracking, build scalable systems and processes, run high-impact projects, and represent the SVP with stakeholders and executive communications to improve alignment, initiative velocity, and organizational maturity.

Manage the lifecycle of commercial and government contracts: review and draft standard agreements, identify and escalate risks, support proposals, track deliverables and CDRLs, maintain government profiles (SAM.gov, PIEE, WAWF), keep audit-ready records, and coordinate with Growth, Mission Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Provide day-to-day People Operations support as the primary employee-facing contact. Manage onboarding communications and scheduling, maintain HRIS data hygiene, create internal documentation, assist benefits and routine admin, run feedback and pulse surveys, and support People Ops initiatives and performance review cycles for a distributed workforce.

Lead definition and integration of end-to-end spacecraft platform baselines (HW+SW+ops). Drive platform roadmaps, perform system-level simulation and V&V, shape fault management and operational concepts, standardize reusable requirements and documentation, and coordinate cross-functional domain leads to deliver fleet-scale mission platforms.

Lead cross-functional planning and execution for software programs: build schedules, track dependencies, surface and mitigate risks, coordinate releases, and communicate status to stakeholders. Drive process improvements, resource planning, and alignment across software, hardware, science, and product teams to deliver high-reliability software capabilities.

Serve as Chief of Staff to the VP of Software driving OKR process, onboarding/training, cross-functional alignment, communications strategy, escalation management, and org strategy for sensitive government missions. Act as trusted advisor and proxy on high-priority initiatives to enable leadership focus on long-term strategy and innovation.

Build and operate production pipelines that convert raw infrared satellite frames into calibrated, orthorectified, analysis-ready products. Optimize pipeline latency and scale, implement workflow orchestration, build monitoring and operational tooling, collaborate with remote sensing scientists to productionize algorithms, participate in on-call rotations, and diagnose and fix data quality and processing failures.

Lead and grow a software engineering team building flight and payload platform software for on-orbit satellites. Define technical roadmaps, ensure reliability and scalability of mission-critical services, translate mission needs into requirements, drive engineering best practices, manage hiring and performance, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Develop and own software components for ground and space systems; design, implement, test, and monitor code; perform analysis; learn new technologies quickly; communicate clearly and deliver work on time.

Design, build, and operate scalable, reliable platform systems (CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS). Work cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end platform capabilities, resolve production issues, influence architecture, participate in reviews, mentor engineers, and own features from design through deployment and ongoing operation.

Develop and maintain in-house simulation services, integrate numerical models with production software, collaborate with domain experts and stakeholders, apply simulation tools to testing, and contribute to planning and performance metrics.
