The Staff SDET will design and implement a testing strategy for the organization’s data platform, ensuring data quality and system reliability through automated integration testing and mentoring engineers in testing best practices.

Lead development and execution of integrated digital, content, and paid media campaigns. Oversee creative strategy, content production, performance optimization, vendor management, and measurement. Mentor a Creative Manager, translate partner goals into narrative-driven content across platforms, and use data to refine campaigns and report results.

The Staff Software Engineer will lead the development of a Civic Engagement product, establishing engineering practices and overseeing technical strategy across multiple teams and systems while ensuring product reliability and security.

Lead end-to-end data science projects including predictive modeling, algorithm design, and data pipelines. Build campaign-focused models (turnout, partisanship), perform exploration and visualization, translate insights into memos/presentations, collaborate with engineering to productionize models, mentor junior data scientists, and prototype emerging AI solutions for product impact.

Manage end-to-end HR operations (payroll, benefits, compliance, immigration, I-9s, employee relations) and lead learning & development programs for managers and staff. Maintain HR data systems, draft policies, monitor multi-state employment law, and partner on DEIB initiatives. Design, deliver, and evaluate training, build manager tools and L&D resources, and continuously improve people systems and processes.

Work with partner organizations to plan and run voter participation and advocacy campaigns, deliver trainings, support campaign infrastructure and tools, translate research into actionable recommendations, coordinate vendors and teams, track progress across partners, and document lessons to strengthen organizing practice.

Manage and grow contributed-revenue pipeline through grant writing, reporting, donor communications, prospect research, and pipeline tracking. Collaborate with Communications, support fundraising strategy, maintain Salesforce records, and assist with events and development operations.
