The Director of Sales will independently manage complex enterprise sales for Narmi One, targeting community and regional financial institutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, discovery, demonstrations, business case creation, procurement, legal due diligence, proposal development, quota attainment, new customer acquisition, and expansion sales. The role requires strong financial-institution relationships, consultative selling, complex deal negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and travel of 25–40%.

The Growth Executive sells Narmi One, a digital banking SaaS platform, to community banks and credit unions. Responsibilities include building executive relationships, generating outbound opportunities, managing the full enterprise sales cycle, negotiating and closing six-figure ARR contracts, collaborating with marketing and cross-functional deal teams, maintaining CRM data, and driving upsell initiatives. The role requires consultative selling, complex solution expertise, financial-institution relationships, and consistent quota performance.

Generate sales pipeline by prospecting banks and credit unions through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Qualify opportunities, conduct discovery calls, schedule meetings and demos, maintain CRM records, collaborate with marketing and sales, track performance, meet monthly quotas, and represent Narmi at industry conferences. The role requires strong communication, organization, prospecting ability, fintech interest, and willingness to travel.

Serve as the technical bridge between financial institution prospects and Narmi’s digital banking platform. Lead consultative sales engagements, assess banking needs, deliver tailored product demonstrations, explain technical concepts and business value, and support deal closure. Collaborate with product, implementation, and customer success teams to develop solutions, track multiple concurrent deals, and differentiate Narmi against competitors and partners.

Own strategy, renewals, expansion, and executive relationships for major enterprise bank and credit union accounts. Drive customer outcomes, retention, product adoption, and revenue growth while coaching Associate GMs. Partner with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into product requirements, use data to identify risks and opportunities, and manage high-level commercial and operational priorities.

Lead finance and accounting functions including strategic finance, FP&A, accounting/controllership, audit, tax, treasury, fundraising support, and investor relations. Partner with founders, board, and cross-functional leaders on planning, forecasting, pricing, M&A readiness, and scaling the finance team while maintaining strong controls and GAAP compliance.

Lead and scale the Technical GTM function: define technical sales motion and positioning, manage and coach Technical GTM Specialists, run high-stakes demos, drive deal strategy for complex fintech transactions, partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap and messaging, and provide frontline market feedback to shape product and releases.
