The role also supports regenerative grazing practices, communications, strategic planning, grant management, and conservation outcomes across private ranchlands.

Lead and grow Audubon’s major and principal giving program: manage a high-value donor portfolio ($2M–$5M annually), close six- and seven-figure gifts, supervise and coach frontline fundraisers, engage board and executive leadership, and develop multi-year fundraising initiatives aligned with the strategic plan.
