Own and operate end-to-end infrastructure for decentralized confidential ML inference: design GPU cluster management, optimize performance, build CI/CD, maintain observability, create runbooks, participate in on-call, and implement cost and security strategies.

Design and run fine-tuning pipelines for open-weight LLMs, research novel reasoning architectures and training methods, collaborate with external researchers and engineers, contribute to open-source decentralized AI projects, and deploy models across use cases.
