The Demand Generation Manager oversees the execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads for Sales, managing projects across various channels and collaborating with multiple teams to enhance pipeline growth.

Lead GTM FP&A: manage GTM P&L, forecasts, capital allocation, and executive/board reporting. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product on topline forecasting, pipeline analytics, sales comp design, renewals, capacity planning and marketing ROI. Drive investment trade-offs, deal and pricing analytics, build and lead an analyst team, and deliver KPI-driven insights to influence executive decisions in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Lead design and execution of the product org operating system: planning cadence, prioritization framework, voice-of-customer pipeline, product metrics/OKR instrumentation, quality visibility, and tooling (Jira/Confluence). Drive process adoption, maintain reporting/data hygiene, and enable PM effectiveness across teams.
