Support development and financing of solar, wind, and storage projects from origination through financing. Analyze project risks, forecast milestones, manage cross-functional teams, maintain schedules and data rooms, track permitting and interconnection, assist with legal transaction documents, and draft/ negotiate project contracts to enable timely closings.

Lead finance, accounting, and capital strategy for a growing renewable developer. Partner with CEO, executive team, and board on strategy, fundraising, and investor/lender relationships. Oversee FP&A, treasury, tax, payroll, audit, financial reporting, and risk/compliance. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, implement process and systems improvements, and support cross-functional decision-making to enable growth and operational discipline.

Manage execution and administration of EPC, O&M, supply and purchase agreements for clean energy projects, focusing on the new Power Plants (IPP) division. Support contract drafting, negotiation, vendor compliance, change orders, claims, and lender diligence; maintain contract records and develop standard templates and processes to centralize contract management across the organization.

Lead marketing, negotiation, and sale of renewable energy projects; run competitive marketing processes; negotiate MIPAs and purchase agreements; perform due diligence; manage data rooms and cross-functional teams; develop transaction structures and maintain domain expertise in project finance and electricity markets.
