Own and improve NewtonX’s GCP-native platform infrastructure, including GKE, Cloud Run, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, observability, autoscaling, security controls, and data anonymization. Lead reliability improvements, infrastructure-as-code standards, supply-chain security, and on-call practices. Partner with engineering teams on architecture and production infrastructure decisions while operating shared systems across multiple deployment patterns and reliability requirements.

Leads NewtonX’s Strategic Insights team in designing and delivering qualitative and quantitative research for major clients. Partners with executives to define strategic objectives, oversees methodologies such as conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, pricing, and segmentation, and translates findings into actionable recommendations. Drives client relationships, commercial growth, thought leadership, and research innovation while building and mentoring a high-performing team. The role also improves department infrastructure and processes and requires strong data analytics, statistical modeling, storytelling, and consulting expertise.

Conducts strategic market research for business clients by developing research plans, interview guides, and surveys; analyzing qualitative and quantitative data; identifying insights; and creating executive-facing reports and presentations. Owns client communications and manages multiple research projects across industries and geographies. Requires market research or top-tier consulting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with research software and visualization tools.

Own frontend architecture for React and TypeScript applications supporting complex research and analytics workflows. Build performant, accessible interfaces; establish standards for performance, testing, accessibility, and CI quality gates; evolve shared component libraries and design systems; partner on API contracts; address technical debt; contribute to Django services; and mentor engineers while leading department-wide technical initiatives.
