Manage curriculum assessment and liaison activities between the College and Nightingale Innovations: evaluate program outcomes, support faculty training, develop assessment instruments, lead curriculum committees, ensure DoE and accreditation compliance, and support instructional strategy and LMS integration.

Prepare and process Title IV financial aid, verify ISIRs and documentation, resolve C-codes and conflicting data, package and disburse funds, support advisors and managers, maintain compliance with federal/state regulations, and assist with financial aid projects and customer service.

Advise learners and parents on financial aid processes, administer student financial aid office functions, assess eligibility for aid (including Title IV), prepare estimates and packaging, and assist with delivery of funds while ensuring compliance and excellent customer service throughout degree completion.

Manage learner accounts by posting payments and fees, coordinating tuition payments and refunds, updating the student information system and ledger, and supporting related projects to ensure account accuracy.
