Act as a player-coach participating in calls, refining messaging, and continuously optimizing outbound tactics.

Sell Niural's US payroll, benefits, PEO, and Global EOR solutions to mid-market companies. Prospect and engage CFOs/COOs/HR, manage full sales cycle from outreach to close, maintain CRM and pipeline, hit revenue targets, and collaborate with SDRs and cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
