Sell ETF, mutual fund and multi-asset products to prospects and advisors, develop prioritized business plans, deliver customized presentations, act as regional product expert, maintain competitive and regulatory knowledge, collaborate with internal partners to recommend solutions, and execute strategic, cross-functional initiatives to generate fee revenue.

Provide client consultations to identify goals and risk tolerance, develop and implement investment strategies, collaborate with traders and advisory team, document client interactions in Salesforce, monitor markets and execute recommendations, set personal sales goals, and deliver high-level client service while participating in training and team initiatives.

Prepare portfolio materials and reports for client reviews, manage account documentation and transactions (including DTC transfers and physical certificates), process cash transfers and fund trades, analyze fee worksheets, communicate with clients and portfolio managers, support tax research and risk management, and begin advising and participating in client meetings using GDWM.

Lead discretionary OCIO relationships for institutional clients (foundations, endowments, healthcare). Develop and implement long-term investment strategies, oversee portfolio construction and monitoring, manage client relationship teams, coordinate internal resources for execution, present performance and outlooks to boards, and support business development and RFP efforts.

Support a Senior Financial Advisor in client relationship management, financial analysis, and meeting preparation. Develop investment knowledge, use eMoney and internal partners to create proactive recommendations, assist with account servicing and CRM updates, and gradually build client relationships toward owning a book of business.

Manage investment activities for high-net-worth trusts and individual portfolios. Develop and execute investment strategies, coordinate with client service teams and legal, ensure adherence to national guidelines, lead investment committees, provide thought leadership, and mentor others while meeting performance and risk objectives.

Manage a portfolio of sophisticated wealth clients, lead goals-driven fiduciary and wealth conversations, provide proactive advice on investments, tax and estate issues, identify business opportunities, mentor junior advisors, and ensure compliance with fiduciary standards and internal policies.
