Lead and grow a 4–6 engineer team building provider- and operations-facing systems. Stay hands-on with architecture, coding, on-call, and partner with product, design, data, and ops to automate workflows, improve scheduling, onboarding, billing/claims, and build reliable, auditable systems that scale across a nationwide clinical network.

Lead a 4-5 engineer team to improve patient activation, matching, retention, and lifecycle experiences. Combine hands-on coding, architecture, product partnership, data-driven experimentation, hiring, and coaching to deliver measurable outcomes and scale solutions.
