Own day-to-day IT operations across support, onboarding and offboarding, device lifecycle, identity management, SaaS administration, office IT, and compliance controls. Administer Okta, MDM platforms, Google Workspace, Slack, and related systems while automating repetitive workflows and improving self-service documentation. Support SOC 2 and HITRUST requirements, maintain accurate identity data, and provide responsive assistance to remote employees and office users as the company scales.

Owns patient retention strategy from opportunity identification through execution and measurement. The role analyzes patient journey data, develops retention hypotheses and roadmaps, leads experimentation, designs lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, and product touchpoints, and partners with Product, Data, and Engineering to build scalable retention capabilities. It requires a data-driven, cross-functional 0-to-1 builder who can improve conversion, retention, reactivation, and lifetime value.
