Field-based Account Executive responsible for winning and growing aerospace, defense, and industrial accounts. Duties include territory planning, prospecting, factory visits, consultative selling, opportunity management, quoting, negotiation, closing, account growth, forecasting, and coordinating with sales, pricing, supply chain, and operations teams. The role requires regular local and regional customer travel and ownership of customer issues through resolution.

Build and deploy production machine learning systems for quoting, material selection, planning, and factory decisions. Responsibilities include developing datasets, features, models, evaluation systems, and pipelines; monitoring quality, drift, latency, and business impact; designing safeguards and fallbacks; improving data quality and explainability; and collaborating with software engineers, operators, and domain experts.

Build and maintain customer-facing and internal full-stack web applications connecting quoting, inventory, purchasing, production, shipping, and customer workflows. Responsibilities include developing interfaces, APIs, and data models; translating operational problems into releases; improving reliability, testing, observability, and performance; investigating production issues; reviewing code; and collaborating with sales, manufacturing, and operations teams.
