Lead strategic management of a major global Medical Affairs and Publications account, ensuring delivery of integrated scientific communications. Build senior client relationships, drive financial performance and operational excellence, mentor client services staff, support business development (RFPs, proposals, pitches), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow the account and implement innovative solutions.

Lead strategic direction and day-to-day management of a global Medical Affairs and Publications client account. Act as a senior client advisor, oversee integrated scientific communications delivery, manage financial performance and resource planning, mentor client services teams, drive operational excellence, and support business development while partnering across scientific, editorial, digital, creative, and operations teams.

Serve as primary client contact for pharmaceutical Publications and Medical Affairs projects. Lead delivery of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, congress materials and medical education; manage project plans, budgets, forecasts, quality standards (ICMJE/GPP); collaborate with scientific, editorial, creative, digital and operational teams; support account growth, proposals, and mentor junior colleagues.
