Lead enterprise architecture and strategic roadmaps for CPA application systems, manage outsourced technical teams and managed services, support CAPPS Central production and deployments for 100+ agencies, ensure data integration/quality and SDLC adherence, oversee PeopleSoft/Oracle technical components, enforce IT security and vendor contractual obligations, produce executive-level materials and reporting frameworks, and support IT service desk/ITIL processes.

Lead technical product strategy and architecture for CAPPS, translate business objectives into roadmaps, partner with managed services, ensure security/compliance and WCAG 2.1 accessibility, oversee integrations, migrations, PeopleSoft upgrades, contract and technical deliverable reviews, and provide technical leadership across stakeholders.

Develop and modernize customer-facing front-end applications using React and TypeScript. Integrate with AWS services, REST/GraphQL APIs, and streaming data. Improve performance, accessibility, search, and workflow; write production-ready code; participate in testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization while working with UX, product, and engineering teams under rapid timelines.

The QA Tester is responsible for functional, regression, and integration testing of Salesforce applications and Java-based apps, including developing Selenium automation scripts and collaborating with teams.

The Oracle Enterprise Platform Engineer will manage and optimize Oracle database environments, support EBS applications, ensure performance and reliability, and contribute to platform strategy.
