Build and maintain enterprise data pipelines and infrastructure supporting natural-language querying, semantic search, knowledge graphs, and GraphRAG for the SEC. Responsibilities include onboarding data sources, processing XBRL and financial filing data, managing metadata and lineage, validating data quality, monitoring pipeline health, resolving integration issues, and using AWS data services. The role also requires compliance with federal security standards and collaboration with the Data Architect.

Build and maintain pricing models for federal contract proposals, analyze solicitations and cost inputs, perform cost realism and price-to-win analysis, and support subcontractor pricing. Prepare financial presentations, maintain historical pricing data, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements. Collaborate with finance, growth, operations, and leadership throughout the capture-to-submission and negotiation lifecycle.

Design, build, and document CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions; provision infrastructure with CloudFormation and Terraform; manage AWS services (ECS, S3, Lambda, RDS); support Docker containers and Linux systems; and help define data science tooling (SageMaker, DataZone, Athena) while collaborating in an Agile team.
