Lead AI strategic advisory engagements, including transformation planning and diligence assessments. Support proposals, sales pursuits, executive relationship building, and client communication alongside Principals. Translate AI capabilities into business recommendations, identify value-creation opportunities and disruption risks, and contribute to internal partnerships, thought leadership, tooling, and process improvements.

Serve as a fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer for CEOs, winning executive engagements, identifying high-value AI opportunities, advising leadership, mobilizing PM and engineering teams, and overseeing delivery of production outcomes. Own executive relationships beyond initial projects, expand partnerships, and drive revenue through strategic insight, applied AI expertise, and trusted counsel.

Lead and scale Ode’s Business Operations and Analytics function by building systems, data infrastructure, and automated processes. Own strategic initiatives, supply-and-demand optimization, forecasting, capacity planning, staffing, company planning, performance reviews, internal communications, and Board preparation. Build and lead a lean, analytical team while applying AI and automation to improve operational scale, utilization, and business performance.

Build Ode’s engineering brand through technical content, developer communities, open-source contributions, events, partnerships, and practitioner engagement. Translate hands-on AI implementation work into credible blog posts, project teardowns, Hacker News content, podcasts, conferences, and community programs. Participate in engineering discussions and architecture reviews, maintain technical credibility with senior engineers, and provide feedback to leadership on developer interests and market signals.

Build and ship AI products for enterprise clients as a highly autonomous individual contributor. Set technical direction, write production-ready code, own end-to-end technical outcomes, and work directly with senior client stakeholders to understand requirements and tradeoffs. Apply disciplined software engineering practices to frontier AI systems, including testable hypotheses, durable datasets, and reliable production deployments.

Own engineering recruiting searches from strategy through close, partnering with hiring managers to identify and hire exceptional software engineers. Advise on talent markets and interview quality, mentor recruiting teammates, improve recruiting systems through AI, automation, data, and experimentation, and contribute to sourcing strategy, interviewer enablement, and scalable recruiting operations.

Ode with Anthropic is recruiting existing teams of 2–5 engineers to join together and build applied AI products for enterprise clients. Teams participate in a shared interview process, receive simultaneous offers, and are staffed together on an initial engagement. Candidates should have experience building complex AI systems, applying strong software engineering practices, and deploying production-ready products. Common individual roles include Software Engineer, Senior or Staff Software Engineer, and Forward Deployed Product Manager.
