Manage a full docket of affirmative and defensive immigration matters from intake through resolution, including humanitarian screenings, I-589 filings, SIJS, adjustment and naturalization filings, EOIR hearings and BIA appeals, briefs and motions, client and witness preparation, supervising paralegals, and tracking critical filing and hearing deadlines.

Manage U.S. business immigration cases from intake through filing and follow-up, focusing on O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW petitions. Prepare USCIS forms, petition letters, legal briefs, support letters, and evidence packages; conduct legal research; communicate with clients; track deadlines and case records; and coordinate multiple matters independently in a remote team.

Remote paralegal assisting immigration, IP, corporate, and personal injury matters. Conduct client intakes, prepare USCIS/USPTO forms, draft and proof legal documents, perform legal research, maintain client files, and write practice-area blog articles. Must work Central Time business hours and support attorneys with administrative and substantive tasks.
