Lead and evolve OLIPOP's visual identity across packaging, retail, digital, and marketing. Manage and mentor designers and external partners, provide creative direction, ensure production-ready execution (including print/INX and CGI/render), and own shopper marketing creative while collaborating cross-functionally.

Manage day-to-day People Operations including bi-monthly payroll, benefits administration, leaves of absence, worker's compensation, HRIS management and transitions, onboarding/offboarding, compliance across states, and performance cycle support while improving processes and documenting HR policies.

Lead and manage East regional sales for OLIPOP, partnering with DSD distributors, brokers, and retailers to drive volume, distribution, and profitability. Build and coach a field sales team, design incentive programs, execute forecasts, negotiate distributor funding, and translate national strategy into local plans using data-driven insights and category management.

Use syndicated data (SPINS, Nielsen) and internal data to generate category and retailer insights, support forecasting, lead recurring and ad-hoc analyses, and deliver clear recommendations and dashboards to inform sales, category management, and cross-functional strategy.

Manage and improve cloud-based SaaS IT environment, administer M365 and identity systems, operate and tune security platforms (Arctic Wolf, Zscaler, Okta, Mimecast), monitor alerts and lead incident response, oversee helpdesk (Freshservice), manage vendors, enable users through training and documentation, and apply AI and automation to streamline IT operations.
