Own the GTM systems infrastructure and enablement operations, including Salesforce architecture, integrations, tool implementation, vendor relationships, support queues, onboarding, knowledge bases, and lead-to-cash process documentation. Resolve operational bottlenecks through process redesign, automation, and tooling changes while partnering with IT, Engineering, RevOps, and leadership on technical requirements and systems roadmaps.

Conduct outbound and inbound prospecting across target financial services and FinTech accounts. Research buying groups, personalize multichannel outreach, qualify business needs, and convert engagement into qualified meetings, pipeline, and revenue. Partner with Account Executives, Demand Generation, ABM, and Product Marketing to execute account strategies, maintain accurate CRM data, provide market feedback, and improve messaging and outreach based on engagement results.

Drive new SaaS business growth across North American financial services accounts. Responsibilities include territory planning, outbound prospecting, full-cycle sales, product demonstrations, consultative selling, negotiations, quota attainment, Salesforce pipeline management, forecasting, and collaboration with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Build executive relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and help customers modernize secure digital agreement processes.

Lead distributed engineering teams to design, build, and deliver scalable, secure authentication and identity backend services. Define technical/product strategy, ensure reliability and zero-downtime deployments, drive observability and resilience, mentor engineering leaders, and collaborate with Product, Security, and Platform to ship high-impact features.

Design, build, and maintain backend services, RESTful APIs, and web UIs for large-scale systems. Implement database-backed applications (relational and NoSQL), microservices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on design, code reviews, and cloud-based deployments to deliver reliable, customer-facing software.
