Leads and facilitates PHA, LOPA, and hierarchy-of-controls activities; conducts regulatory compliance audits; helps clients implement PSM and EPA RMP requirements; represents the firm through conferences and thought leadership; mentors junior staff; manages client relationships and project communications; and follows OSHA and company safety requirements. The role is partially remote with travel to client facilities and project sites, potentially up to 50% of the time.
