Leads electrical engineering for a utility-scale power generation fleet, managing technical staff and overseeing safety, reliability, compliance, maintenance, and optimization initiatives. Directs engineering, procurement, construction, design, testing, outage support, root cause analysis, budgeting, and equipment evaluations for power plant improvement projects. Provides technical guidance, develops standards, supports cross-functional initiatives, and advises senior management. The role is remote with up to 25% travel and occasional field work requiring PPE and physical activity.

Provide operations electrical engineering support across utility-scale solar, wind, and thermal assets: event diagnosis, relay protection and settings, power system studies, NERC compliance and audits, maintenance and reliability support, on-site outage assistance, and development/M&A technical review.

Lead mechanical engineering support for maintenance, reliability, and enhancement projects across thermal power plants. Provide RCA, condition-based maintenance, outage management, supplier and consultant oversight, performance monitoring, proposal development, budgeting support, and stakeholder collaboration to maximize fleet availability and safety.
