Provides part-time IT help desk support, troubleshooting hardware, connectivity, accounts, printers, and conferencing systems. Provisions and offboards users, manages permissions, licenses, devices, asset inventory, and hardware lifecycle. Maintains security standards including MFA, password management, and encryption, while documenting processes and supporting vendors. Delivers new-hire IT orientations and self-service resources across a distributed organization.

Lead and manage pro bono, contract, and partner law firms to place referred cases; supervise pro bono/contract attorneys; organize legal clinics; collect partner data for grant reporting; ensure culturally responsive client service and positive client feedback; recruit and maintain referral relationships and represent ODL at events. Work hybrid from San Francisco offices and support multiple practice areas.

Part-time, front-desk role providing guest support and admin coverage across offices. Duties include opening/closing offices, managing communications, scheduling intakes, logging payments, and providing culturally humble service. Float shifts require flexibility to cover short-notice shifts and occasional work across multiple San Francisco locations.
