Owns the OpenClaw Foundation’s global events and marketing execution, with primary responsibility for scaling ClawCon conferences. Manages venues, vendors, budgets, speakers, sponsors, attendee experience, logistics, marketing campaigns, communications, event technology, reporting, and operational systems. Partners across Developer Relations, Research, Engineering, and Leadership to deliver conferences, hackathons, meetups, workshops, summits, and virtual events. The role requires strong project management, operational discipline, and 40–50% international travel.

Lead end-to-end product design for AI agents, developer tools, identity systems, trust frameworks, and user-facing applications. Responsibilities include interaction and visual design, prototyping, user research, design systems, product strategy, and collaboration with engineers, researchers, open source contributors, and communities. The role focuses on inventing new human-agent interaction paradigms and simplifying complex technical concepts into intuitive experiences.
