Develops employer partnerships, identifies job and volunteer opportunities, negotiates wages, supports clients during onboarding, provides interview and employment-readiness training, and maintains required documentation. The role also supports customized employment processes, attends client meetings, conducts employer training, builds community networks, and travels throughout the service region.
