Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and operation of secure, scalable backend applications, APIs, microservices, and data-intensive services. Build Python and PySpark solutions using Azure technologies, establish API and engineering standards, improve observability and reliability, troubleshoot production issues, and drive secure software delivery. Partner across technical teams, mentor engineers, conduct architecture and code reviews, modernize systems, and responsibly apply AI tools to development and operations.

Provides field-based desktop and technical support for clients throughout the Bay Area. Responsibilities include owning escalated help desk tickets, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, printers, phones, and user accounts, assisting with basic networking and hardware installation, documenting resolutions, meeting service-level agreements, and delivering customer service. Occasional evening, weekend, on-call, and office travel may be required, along with physical hardware support tasks.

Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML platforms and AI-powered solutions using patient data. Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable systems through CI/CD, testing, cloud infrastructure, and quality gates. Contribute to architecture and technical strategy, evaluate emerging generative and agentic AI technologies, and promote responsible, maintainable, data-driven AI innovation.
