Supervise approximately 20 patient access staff, overseeing registration, payment collection, quality review, scheduling, staffing, training, timekeeping, KPI tracking, and operational support. Lead daily huddles, staff engagement, performance conversations, and hiring activities. Provide Epic support, resolve email and work-queue issues, collaborate across departments, and participate in off-hours, weekend, holiday, and downtime coverage.

Conducts hands-off long-term care insurance assessments in claimants’ homes. Collects demographics, physician information, and medication lists; evaluates functional independence, ADLs, IADLs, and cognition. Documents findings in real time using a point-of-care web application on a laptop or tablet. Requires unrestricted RN licensure, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and ability to work independently in diverse home environments.

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all hospital pharmacy services, ensuring safe evidence-based medication use, regulatory compliance, financial performance, staff development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and continuous improvement using data and technology.

Serve as the primary client contact for desktop services discovery, transition, and enhancements. Manage desktop support delivery, mentor staff, scope projects, work with product management, improve processes and SLAs, and handle hardware procurement while communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Build and deploy AI-powered, LLM-based solutions in client environments. Implement integrations between models, APIs, and healthcare systems, write production-ready code, support testing and deployments, assist data preparation and prompt configuration, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver scalable, secure solutions and enable knowledge transfer.

Partner with healthcare clients to design, prototype, and deploy production-grade AI/LLM solutions. Lead discovery, architecture, cloud integration, and delivery while troubleshooting distributed systems and driving measurable client outcomes.
