Jobs at Otter

Lead ambiguous, cross-functional design initiatives from problem discovery through launch. Identify high-impact opportunities, build alignment around solutions, elevate product and brand craft, and mentor other designers through example. The role requires strong storytelling, strategic problem-solving, and experience shipping work without clear briefs or ownership. Enterprise or B2B experience is preferred, with consumer experience considered a bonus.

The role involves building data-driven features for a menu management platform, designing backend services, and improving system scalability and reliability.

As Product Manager Growth at Otter, you'll focus on product-led growth strategies, improving acquisition, activation, and retention through experiments and feature development, and collaborating cross-functionally with teams.
