Use Figma, AI prototyping, research, usability testing, analytics, and real data to validate concepts and improve the Oura app.

Owns Oura’s commercial payments partnerships, including sourcing card issuers and ecosystem partners, negotiating agreements, developing go-to-market plans, and managing launches and expansion. Builds the Payments partnership strategy, operating model, pipeline, commercial economics, and roadmap for future transit capabilities. Leads cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing while presenting business cases to executives and representing Oura with senior partner stakeholders.

Designs, prototypes, validates, and troubleshoots electrical systems for wearable and consumer devices. Responsibilities include architecture, schematic and PCB design, rapid prototyping, embedded-system integration, lab testing, manufacturing collaboration, and product roadmap planning. The role leads cross-functional engineering efforts involving firmware, mechanical design, quality assurance, vendors, and production partners.

Leads CMF quality engineering across product development and mass production, translating color, material, and finish designs into scalable supplier processes. Owns master standards, golden samples, measurement methods, control plans, cosmetic specifications, build readiness, risk analysis, supplier audits, and continuous improvement for coatings, platings, textures, and other surface treatments. Partners with design, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and global suppliers to achieve consistent finishes, production capability, yield, and quality.

Own the direct-to-consumer e-commerce demand forecast across products, markets, channels, regions, and planning horizons. Lead recurring demand-planning and S&OP activities, incorporate traffic, conversion, marketing, promotions, launches, commercial pipeline, and operational constraints, and translate assumptions into decision-ready forecasts. Support B2B planning, improve forecast quality and inventory availability, reconcile data, document risks, and influence cross-functional decisions with Commercial, Finance, Supply Planning, Operations, Marketing, and partner teams.

Leads Product Operations within Product & Design Operations, establishing operating models, portfolio planning, resource allocation, product insights, AI-enabled processes, reporting, executive narratives, and strategic facilitation. Oversees Product Producer resources supporting complex hardware and software programs, partners with senior Product and Design leaders, and builds scalable systems and high-performing teams.

Leads product cost engineering across the full lifecycle of complex consumer electronics and wearables. Builds bottom-up cost models, sets targets, drives design-to-cost and value engineering, evaluates manufacturing and supply-chain trade-offs, challenges supplier quotes, and supports negotiations. Establishes cost governance, dashboards, and cross-functional review mechanisms while partnering with Engineering, Finance, Quality, Sourcing, NPI, EMS, and logistics teams. Presents recommendations to senior leadership and mentors peers.

Build and operate Oura’s technology portfolio system of record across approximately 100 concurrent programs. Establish shared health definitions, track ownership and risks, lead weekly decision-focused portfolio reviews, manage cross-team dependencies and intake governance, and drive risk resolution. The role partners with IT leaders and program managers while using AI and LLM tools to automate reporting, analyze dependencies, and identify emerging risks.

Leads IT strategic planning, prioritization, financial governance, procurement, contract and renewal management, workforce operations, and executive operating cadence. Builds planning and governance processes from scratch, manages IT spend visibility and investment narratives, partners with FP&A and cross-functional teams, and grows a small technology business operations team. The role also incorporates AI-assisted workflows for reporting, analysis, renewals, and planning.

Own the strategy, development, and launch of Oura’s hardware products from concept through end of life. Lead market research, user studies, requirements, prioritization, roadmaps, product readiness, positioning, and pricing while collaborating with engineering, design, science, marketing, and software teams. Manage product tradeoffs, resources, and stakeholder communication, and build and mentor the product management team.

Designs, prototypes, validates, and integrates optical and electrode sensors for low-power wearable devices. Responsibilities include sensor architecture, hardware specification, calibration, noise management, signal acquisition, characterization, validation testing, automation, data analysis, supplier coordination, and technical documentation. The role collaborates closely with hardware, firmware, algorithms, systems, analytics, manufacturing, and engineering leadership teams to advance Oura’s sensing technologies and product roadmap.

Design scalable B2B eCommerce experiences, including enterprise ordering, billing, payments, memberships, promotions, landing pages, checkout, and responsive microsites. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI solutions while conducting research and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and design teams to deliver consistent, internationalized experiences for enterprise customers.

Drive design-for-manufacturing activities for flex and rigid-flex PCBA products, optimize PCB layouts, maintain flex circuit design rules, audit and qualify suppliers, analyze defects, lead root-cause and corrective actions, and support vendor development and transitions from new product introduction through mass production. The role partners with R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and external suppliers to improve yield, quality, cost, and production readiness.

Designs and executes end-to-end manual and automated tests for Oura’s mobile apps, cloud services, wearable devices, data flows, and algorithms. Builds and maintains mobile and API automation frameworks, integrates testing into CI/CD pipelines, validates sensor-driven insights and wireless connectivity, investigates defects, and improves QA processes. The role also owns test strategy, documentation, quality metrics, performance testing, AI-driven testing exploration, and mentorship of junior engineers.

Lead Oura’s enterprise sustainability strategy, operating model, measurement systems, supplier responsibility program, regulatory readiness, and product and supply-chain impact reduction efforts. Partner across Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Logistics, Legal, Finance, and other functions to embed sustainability into product design, sourcing, manufacturing, packaging, logistics, returns, recycling, and end-of-life decisions. Build the sustainability team, establish targets and reporting controls, manage supplier assessments, advise executives, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Leads electrical Early Field Failure Analysis, field quality, and product safety investigations for Oura Ring products. Performs bench-level troubleshooting, evidence collection, data analysis, and failure-mechanism isolation across components and manufacturing processes. Directs containment and corrective actions with contract manufacturers and suppliers, verifies effectiveness, and feeds findings into NPI design, DFMEA, test coverage, and reliability planning. Partners across engineering, firmware, data, reliability, and manufacturing teams while developing repeatable failure-analysis methods and presenting technical conclusions.

Own sourcing strategy and commercial execution for logistics, warehousing, freight, returns, and related categories. Lead RFQ/RFP processes and negotiations, build cost models and dashboards, establish KPIs and supplier scorecards, drive supplier governance, and partner cross-functionally to reduce costs and ensure service and scalability.

Develop and qualify battery cells, assembly processes, pack integration, suppliers, and automated production lines for Oura products. Lead equipment specification, installation qualification, line bring-up, production ramp, and global supplier process optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve energy density, cost, cosmetics, reliability, and manufacturability. Analyze failure modes, identify root causes, and use data to guide battery and product design decisions. International travel of up to 15% is required.
