Lead Ouster’s investor relations strategy, including investment messaging, quarterly earnings, sell-side analyst coverage, institutional investor targeting, roadshows, investor events, and market intelligence. Partner with the CEO, CFO, Board, Legal, Marketing, PR, FP&A, and Accounting to ensure consistent disclosures and communications. Manage IR platforms, ownership analysis, ESG-related initiatives, financial modeling, SEC disclosure coordination, and reporting on market perceptions, shareholder composition, valuation, and investor sentiment.

Design, build, and validate cloud data infrastructure and high-throughput pipelines for multimodal sensor (LiDAR, camera, GNSS/IMU) data. Ensure data quality, lineage, versioning, automated validation, IaC, and production stability while partnering with SW/ML teams and labeling vendors.

Lead development and execution of reliability and verification plans for autonomy hardware. Validate thermal, power, EMI/EMC, vibration, and environmental resilience of compute and electromechanical systems. Design stress tests (HALT, thermal cycling, ingress protection), run FMEA and RCAs, track field stability, and partner with functional safety teams to validate safety-rated hardware for rugged deployments.

Design and validate rugged enclosures, mounts, thermal solutions, and structural hardware for sensor-based autonomy products. Own mechanical design from concept through prototype, validation, and mass production, including CAD models, drawings, tolerance analysis, DFM, supplier engagement, and field integration.

Design and validate electrical architecture, schematics, and PCBs for autonomy products. Collaborate with HW/FW and mechanical teams to bring up, debug, and validate prototypes, support sensor integration, signal integrity, power optimization, supply chain/NPI, component qualification, and document designs through production ramp.

Supports robotics customers with LiDAR sensor onboarding, network configuration, SDK/API setup, technical triage, diagnostics, and troubleshooting across hardware, firmware, networking, Linux, and Windows environments. Reviews logs and network captures, documents bugs in Jira, replicates issues, guides customers on best practices, contributes to knowledge-base materials, and provides email, video, and phone support while escalating complex cases to senior engineers.

Sell Ouster LIDAR hardware and perception software into security use cases for data centers, utilities, and critical infrastructure across North America. Manage full consultative sales cycle, deploy Gemini-Detect solutions, grow accounts and system integrator partnerships, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful integrations and revenue targets.

The Product Manager will manage the roadmap for lidar sensors, communicate technical details, and lead marketing strategies while collaborating with engineering teams.

As Lead Embedded Software Engineer, you will architect and build embedded software for LIDAR systems, leading a team in a dynamic environment.

Develop and maintain Python-based automated production test infrastructure and hardware abstraction layers. Build modular, fault-tolerant test workflows, optimize high-volume data pipelines to central databases, triage test failures, and write unit tests and mocks to validate code before deploying to production lines.

The Staff Software Engineer in Test will design and maintain automated test frameworks for Ouster's lidar software, ensuring quality and performance through CI/CD integration and cross-functional collaboration.
