Lead full lifecycle, high-visibility retail technology programs (notably LED video wall deployments). Act as technical authority and client-facing program lead, define architecture and BOMs, manage vendors and global manufacturing, produce prototypes, enforce QA and documentation standards, mentor junior staff, and travel ~30% for deployments and coordination.

Manage end-to-end project delivery and client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production, logistics). Own schedules, milestones, approvals, documentation, and invoicing; escalate risks, ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards, and support on-site client visits. Drive timely delivery and high client satisfaction.

Provide administrative and project support to the Account Management team by coordinating orders, estimates, shipping memos, job tracking, and cross-functional communication to ensure accurate project data, timely task completion, and high client satisfaction.

Lead end-to-end creative development of retail displays, fixtures, and branded environments for consumer electronics clients. Produce concept sketches, CAD models, renderings, and presentation materials; integrate physical and digital retail technologies; ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with shopper and brand objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, present to clients, support RFPs and business development, and participate in prototyping and production handoffs. Travel up to 30% required.

Manage end-to-end project execution for consumer electronics accounts: maintain client relationships, own schedules and milestones, coordinate production and shipping, lead cross-functional meetings, ensure compliance with SOPs/contracts/quality, track deliverables, and drive timely invoicing and documentation.

Lead and develop the digital Account Project Management team while overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of complex retail digital programs. Drive cross-functional collaboration, resource allocation, risk management, client escalations, process improvements, and operational excellence. Support sales, manage budgets and timelines, ensure compliance, and track KPIs related to delivery, invoicing, and team performance.

Support technology-enabled retail sales by translating customer requirements into technical scopes, creating spec sheets and system diagrams, managing concurrent projects, coordinating with China-based and domestic vendors, mitigating technical risks, and enabling handoff to engineering, production, and operations while supporting sales throughout the cycle.

Own and grow retailer accounts for interactive retail technology programs. Lead planning and execution of technology projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines/budgets, identify growth opportunities, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high client satisfaction. Travel to client meetings and events as required.
