Own adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion across 100–200+ scaled accounts. Build lower-touch customer success programs, health scoring, playbooks, reporting, automation, lifecycle triggers, and operational cadences. Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Engineering, Product Support, and Product to improve customer outcomes and segment visibility. Create scalable onboarding, webinars, office hours, documentation, self-service resources, and success plans.

Own customer relationships and independently design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research using Outset’s AI platform. Translate research data into actionable insights, lead customer meetings, onboardings, and training, and create research content and enablement materials. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to convert customer feedback into business and product impact.

Own and scale Outset’s participant recruitment system across partners, internal processes, and product experiences. Manage vendor performance, negotiations, feasibility, quality, fraud prevention, and recruitment workflows. Build benchmarks, playbooks, training, customer-facing content, and internal tooling while partnering with Product and Engineering to improve recruitment capabilities. The role requires independent program leadership, cross-functional coordination, and deep expertise in digital qualitative research recruitment.
