Lead microbiology strategy and testing across product lifecycle for a medical device. Develop sampling plans, test methods, and microbial-control processes; perform risk assessments, investigations, validations, and supplier/lab oversight; author regulatory and quality documentation; support audits, regulatory interactions, and cross-functional teams to ensure product microbiological safety and compliance.

Delivers and facilitates sales training across onboarding, meetings, virtual sessions, and field programs. Observes commercial teams and customers to identify performance gaps, then develops instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning content, job aids, assessments, and learning pathways. Measures training effectiveness through competency, adoption, certification, behavioral, and business metrics while partnering with sales, clinical, marketing, and leadership teams to improve commercial performance.

The Training Manager is responsible for the implementation and delivery of training programs to enhance the skills of sales teams, improve revenue, and ensure training content is up to date and effective.
