The role involves leading MEP systems commissioning for a data center, ensuring quality and timely project delivery while managing stakeholder coordination and documentation.

Manage end-to-end delivery of turnkey data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning. Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders; control budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and project documentation; enforce safety, quality, and project controls to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget.

Manage data-center construction projects across design, pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases. Define scope, oversee design firms, develop budgets and P6 schedules, lead field teams and contractors, control change orders and payments, ensure QA/QC and safety, coordinate inspections, and deliver final project accounting and documentation.

Lead technical strategy, procurement, integration, and deployment of electrical OFCI systems across multiple data center projects. Act as senior electrical infrastructure SME, drive standardization and continuous improvement, coordinate with development, construction, operations and partners, and mentor design teams portfolio-wide.

Manage financials and project controls for large-scale data center constructions, ensure effective budget management, and oversee change management processes.
